The keepsake edit

For launches, celebrations & creative gatherings

Before the room empties, before the glasses are cleared and before the last guest says goodbye, there are small moments happening everywhere.

The laughter in the corner. The hands reaching for champagne. The details you spent weeks planning. The people who showed up, the energy in the room and the feeling you want to remember long after the event is over.

The Keepsake Edit was created for businesses, creatives, founders and hosts who want event photography that captures more than a timeline. These are images that document the atmosphere, the details, the guests and the story of the day as it naturally unfolds.

Because your event should not just be photographed.

It should be remembered.

Your story begins with an enquiry. Once we’ve chatted through your event, timings and the kind of coverage you need, your date is secured with a signed agreement and a 25% deposit, so your event is officially filed into the Studio Evermore diary.

The remaining balance is due the week before your event.

Gather the notes

02/

Before the day, we’ll gather the important details: the location, schedule, key people, any must-have shots and the overall feeling you want the gallery to have.

You can send over a clear plan, a loose running order or just the main things you know you want captured. We’ll keep it simple, organised and easy.

tell your story

03/

On the day, I’ll photograph the event as it naturally unfolds, capturing the details, atmosphere, guests, candid interactions and key moments without making everything feel overly staged.

After your event, your final edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery, ready to use across your website, social media, PR, email marketing and future event promotion.
