It begins with your enquiry. You’ll send over the details of what you’re looking for, where your brand is now, what you need support with, and any ideas, references or half-formed thoughts already living in your head.
You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Whether you know exactly which service you need or you’re still unsure which file is yours, this is where we begin gathering the pieces.

Next, we’ll set up a discovery call to talk through your brand, your goals, your timeline and what you need the project to do for you. If you’re a phone-shy business girlie, don’t worry — we can also chat through everything by email or WhatsApp.
This part is all about understanding your story properly before anything is booked in. We’ll look at what feels clear, what feels unfinished, what you’re hoping to create, and how Studio Evermore can help shape the next chapter.
File it into place

Once we’ve confirmed the right service, timeline and direction, your booking is secured with a signed contract and a 25% deposit. Then your project is officially filed into the Studio Evermore archive.
From there, we get started: gathering the details, shaping the creative direction, and turning your ideas into something considered, cohesive and ready to be seen.
