The Evermore Process
The Brief
01/
Once you've decided The Storefront File is right for you, we'll get your project booked into the Studio Evermore calendar.
You'll receive a website questionnaire covering your business, your products, your audience and the visual direction you want your website to take.
A 50% deposit secures your project, with the remaining balance due before your website goes live.
The BUILD
02/
Before the build begins, you'll send over everything that needs to find its way into your website.
That includes your branding, written copy, product details, photographs, pricing, shipping information and anything else relevant to your shop.
I'll set up and customise your Shopify store, build your pages, organise your products and collections and bring your visual identity through the site.
Once the first version is ready, you'll receive a private preview link so you can explore everything properly.
the LAUNCH
03/
You'll have two rounds of revisions included in your package.
This is where we finalise the details and make any agreed adjustments.
Once everything has been approved and your remaining balance has been paid, we'll complete the final checks, connect the necessary pieces and get your Shopify store ready to launch.
Then the file becomes yours.

No.
If you're completely new to Shopify, I can guide you through the initial account set-up and then build your store from there.
Your ongoing Shopify subscription is paid directly to Shopify and isn't included within the £299 website package.

No.
The Storefront File is built using an appropriate free Shopify theme, which I'll customise using your branding and content.
If you have your heart set on a premium theme, that's absolutely possible, but the cost of the theme would be paid separately by you.

Up to ten core pages are included alongside your Shopify product and collection templates.
For example, your website might include Home, About, Shop, FAQs and Contact.
We'll decide on the most useful page structure for your business before the build begins.

The package includes the upload and set-up of up to 10 products.
You can absolutely have more than 10 products on your Shopify store. If you'd like me to upload additional products for you, these can be added to your package for an additional fee.
Alternatively, once the store is handed over, you're free to add as many future products as your Shopify plan allows.

Absolutely.
One of the reasons I like Shopify for product-based small businesses is that once your website has been created, you're able to manage the everyday parts of your shop yourself.
You can add new products, update prices, change stock levels, edit descriptions and manage orders directly through Shopify.

You'll need your final copy, logo and branding, product information, prices and imagery ready before your build begins.
The more complete the file is at the beginning, the smoother the project will be.
If you're missing photography or some of your visual brand pieces, Studio Evermore can help with those separately.

Yes, on-page SEO set-up is included.
This covers the foundational elements of the pages I'm building, but it doesn't include keyword research, an ongoing SEO strategy, blog strategy, backlink building or specialist technical SEO.

Yes.
If you already own your domain, I can connect it to your Shopify store as part of the package.
Domain purchase and renewal costs are not included.

The usual turnaround is 7–10 working days from your confirmed project start date, provided I've received all of your final content before we begin.
If content or feedback is delayed, your completion date may move accordingly.
