THE WHOLE STORY
SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT + WEBSITE SUPPORT
02
Your brand doesn’t stop at Instagram.
Someone might discover you through a Reel, click through to your website, read about what you do, browse a product, check your pricing and come back again a week later.
The Whole Story was created for businesses that want those pieces to feel connected.
Each month, we create the content, plan and manage your social media, and keep your website updated alongside it — so what people see in one place still makes sense when they move to the next.
What’s Included
01 // a monthly content shoot
Every month starts with a 45-minute content shoot, planned around what your business needs most at that time.
You’ll have access to my collection of props, surfaces and backdrops, and we can create a mixture of product, lifestyle, detail and behind-the-scenes content depending on your brand.
You can send as many products as you’d like, although the shoot itself is limited to 45 minutes, so anything beyond what can realistically be captured during that time may need to wait until the following month.
If you’d like any custom props sourced specifically for your shoot, these can be invoiced separately. You’re also welcome to send your own.
02 // 25+ images
You’ll receive a minimum of 20 professionally edited photographs from your monthly shoot.
The exact number will vary depending on the products, styling and what we’re able to create during the session, but I’ll always send every image that meets my professional standard rather than limiting your gallery unnecessarily.
These photographs then become the foundation of your monthly social content.
So instead of trying to build a content calendar around whatever happens to be sitting in your camera roll, we have a fresh bank of intentional imagery to work from every month.
04 // 12 SOCIAL MEDIA POSTs
Alongside your photography, we’ll capture short-form video during your monthly shoot.
Each month includes:
3–4 short-form video clips
Up to 2 edited Reels
The footage can include product details, movement, packaging, process, styling, behind-the-scenes moments and anything else that helps your brand feel more alive online.
Your finished Reels will be edited ready for social media, giving you moving content alongside your still imagery each month.
03 // SHORT-FORM VIDEO + REELS
Each month, we’ll create and schedule 12 social media posts for your brand.
These can include a considered mixture of:
Photography-led posts
Carousels
Branded graphics
Educational content
Product or service features
Reels
Behind-the-scenes content
Promotional posts where appropriate
05 // CONTENT PLANNING + COPYWRITING
Before the month begins, I’ll map out what we’re talking about and how the content fits together.
Your monthly plan will take into account what’s happening within your business — launches, offers, seasonal moments, services you want to push, useful educational content and the quieter brand-building pieces in between.
Captions are written for every post, alongside relevant keyword and hashtag research.
So the visuals and the words are planned together, rather than one being an afterthought to the other.
06 // SCHEDULING + MONTHLY report
Once your content is approved, everything is scheduled across up to two social platforms.
You won’t need to remember which post is going live on which day or spend your evenings uploading captions.
At the end of each month, you’ll also receive a simple performance snapshot so we can see what people are responding to and use those insights to shape the next month’s content.
07 // MONTHLY WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
The Whole Story includes up to 5 hours of website management every month.
This is designed for the ongoing changes that keep a website current but are so easy to leave sitting on the to-do list.
That can include:
Updating text and imagery
Adding or updating products
Updating services
Changing promotional banners
Seasonal website refreshes
Minor layout amendments
Updating calls to action
Refreshing existing pages
Adding testimonials or recent work
General content updates
The idea isn’t to rebuild your website every month, but to make sure it keeps moving with the business.
08 // BASIC ON-PAGE SEO
As part of your monthly website support, I’ll make basic on-page SEO updates where appropriate.
This can include refining page titles and meta descriptions, updating headings, improving image alt text and making small content adjustments that help search engines better understand what your pages are about.
It isn’t a full SEO campaign or technical SEO retainer — but it does mean optimisation isn’t forgotten as your website evolves.
09 // WEBSITE HEALTH + HOUSEKEEPING
Alongside the visible updates, I’ll also keep an eye on the quieter parts of the site.
That includes general website housekeeping such as checking for broken links, obvious content issues and anything that needs tidying as pages or offers change.
Because sometimes the smallest details are the ones that make a website start to feel neglected.
HOW IT WORKS
01. THE plan
At the beginning of each month, we’ll look at what’s happening across the business as a whole.
What needs promoting?
What needs updating?
What should people be seeing on social?
And what needs to change on the website to support it?
This becomes the thread that ties the month together.
02. THE SHOOT
We’ll use your 45-minute monthly content session to create the photography and video needed for the month ahead.
That could mean products, services, behind-the-scenes details or imagery specifically created for a website update or campaign.
03. THE SOCIALS
I’ll build your monthly content plan, write the captions, edit your Reels and prepare your social posts.
Once everything is approved, your content is scheduled across your chosen platforms.
04. THE website
Your website is then updated alongside the monthly content.
That might mean changing a homepage banner, updating a service page, adding a product, swapping older imagery or making sure a campaign has somewhere useful to send people.

The Social Era is structured, but it isn’t rigid.
STILL NOT SURE IF YOU NEED THE WHOLE STORY?
Maybe your social media is running, but your website always seems to be one step behind.
Maybe you keep meaning to update the photos, change that old service, remove the offer that ended three months ago or finally add the thing you’ve been talking about online.
Or maybe you’re simply at the point where looking after every little corner of the brand yourself is becoming too much.
Tell me what you’re currently managing, what keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list and where you’d like a little more support.
We can work out whether The Whole Story is the right chapter — or whether another monthly package makes more sense.
