The Content Department was created for businesses that need fresh photography and video regularly, without turning every month into another full-scale brand shoot.

A short, considered content session each month gives you a growing library of imagery and video that feels current, intentional and unmistakably yours.

The Content Department is purely about creating the material.

It does not include:

  • Social media management

  • Caption writing

  • Graphic design

  • Content scheduling

  • Reel editing

  • Social strategy

What’s Included

01 // a monthly content shoot

A 45-minute content shoot every month, planned around the products and content you need most at that time.

You’ll also have access to my wide variety of props, surfaces and backdrops, so we can create a considered mix of imagery without you needing to source everything yourself.

If you’d like to use any custom or specially sourced props, these can be added and invoiced separately. You’re also more than welcome to send your own props with your products if there are specific pieces you’d like included.

02 // no limit on products

There’s technically no limit on how many products you can send for your monthly shoot.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the session itself is 45 minutes, so if you send more than can realistically be photographed within that timeframe, I may not be able to capture everything.

If you’re unsure how much to send, we can always chat beforehand and I can advise you on what’s realistic for the session.

04 // SHORT-FORM VIDEO CONTENT

You can usually expect around 25 professionally edited photographs from each session, although the final number will depend on the type of products you send, the number of products and the variety we’re able to create during the shoot.

Ultimately, I’ll send you all of the photographs from the 45-minute session that meet my professional standard.

That means the final gallery can vary from month to month, but you will always receive a minimum of 20 finished images.

03 // 25+ PROFESSIONALLY EDITED IMAGES

Alongside your photography, each monthly shoot also includes short-form video content.

You’ll receive:

  • 3–4 short-form video clips

  • 1 fully edited Reel

The footage is created with social media in mind and can include product details, movement, texture, styling, packaging, behind-the-scenes moments and anything else that helps bring the product to life.

This gives you both ready-to-use content and additional footage you can repurpose elsewhere.

05 // bank of content

The Content Department isn’t just about creating photographs for Instagram.

Your finished content can be used across your social media, website, online shop, email marketing, launches, paid campaigns and wider marketing material.

The aim is to give you a versatile, growing content library every month, so you’re not constantly searching for something current to use.

Fresh imagery, fresh video, and content that actually has somewhere to go.

06 // TURNAROUND

Your finished photos and video content will usually be delivered within two weeks of your products arriving with me.

During busier periods — such as wedding season, Christmas or annual leave — turnaround may occasionally be longer, but this will always be communicated with you before you send your products.

You’ll always know what to expect before your shoot begins.

HOW IT WORKS

01. THE BRIEF

Before each session, we’ll decide what actually needs capturing that month.

New products, seasonal details, updated team imagery, behind-the-scenes moments — whatever is most useful right now.

02. THE SHOOT

We spend up to 45 minutes creating a focused bank of photography and short-form video.

Small, purposeful and designed around what you’ll actually use.

03. THE EDIT

Your photographs are edited in the Studio Evermore style, and your short-form clips are colour corrected and prepared for delivery.

04. THE FILES

Everything is delivered online, ready for you to use across your marketing.

Then next month, we do it again.

FAQs

  • Each month, you send your products to me and I’ll use your 45-minute shoot slot to create a fresh bank of photography and short-form video content.

    Before the shoot, we can discuss what you’d most like to focus on that month so the session feels purposeful and useful.

  • Technically, there’s no set limit on how many products you can send.

    The only thing to bear in mind is that the shoot itself is 45 minutes, so if you send more than can realistically be photographed within that time, I may not be able to capture everything.

    If you’re unsure how much to send, you’re always welcome to check with me first and I can advise you.

  • Yes. You’ll have access to my existing collection of props, surfaces and backdrops as part of the package.

    If you’d like me to source any specific custom props for your shoot, these can be added and invoiced separately. You’re also welcome to send your own props along with your products.

  • You’ll usually receive around 20–25+ professionally edited images from each monthly session.

    The final number will depend on the products, styling and how much we’re able to capture in the 45 minutes, but you will always receive a minimum of 20 finished images.

    I’ll send all photographs that meet my professional standard rather than limiting your gallery to a fixed number.

  • Each monthly shoot includes 3–4 short-form video clips and 1 fully edited Reel.

    The clips are designed to be versatile and can be used across social media, Stories, websites, emails or future edits.

  • Absolutely.

    If there’s a specific product, campaign, mood, colour palette or shot you’d like to prioritise, just let me know before the shoot.

    Reference images and moodboards are always welcome, and I’ll use them as a guide while keeping the finished content aligned with the Studio Evermore style.

  • Your finished content will usually be delivered within two weeks of your products arriving with me.

    During busier periods — including wedding season, Christmas and annual leave — turnaround may occasionally be longer, but this will always be communicated before you send anything.

  • Once your shoot is complete, your products can either be collected or returned to you.

    If they need to be posted back, return postage will be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

    For consumable, perishable or opened products, we can discuss what you’d like me to do with them beforehand.

  • Yes. Your finished content is designed to be used across your business — including social media, websites, online shops, email campaigns and paid advertising.
